We know what it’s like to be a delegate. We can imagine what it’s like to be a part of the dais. But who knows what it’s like to be the secretary general? Jeff has an idea what it’s like. Over the past four years, he has been able to gain a unique perspective on the overall conference experience that he hopes is shared.

“Model UN provides a broader sense of international awareness, broader to what issues are important in the world outside of where they are coming from,” he said. “It’s easy for us to get wrapped up in our own broke heel area and not really appreciate what’s going on elsewhere.”
